What's the difference?

What makes our carbide saw chains different from the competition:

What You Get With Our Chain
  • Harder Carbide
    • Transverse rupture strength of our chain is at least double that of the competition.
  • High Temp Silver Solder
    • Melting point of 1,800° fahrenheit
  • Carbide Cut and Rounded
    • Carbide has special angles cut into it and a rounded back where it connects to the chain, to better disperse energy while it cuts.
  • Stronger Chassis
    • Helps to obsorb energy throughout cut.
  • Special Chassis Design
    • Specially designed to aid chain in clearing debris that may plug other chains.
What You Get With Their Chain
  • Softer Carbide
    • Transverse rupture strength at most half of our chain.
  • Lower Temp Silver Solder
    • Melting point of 1,200° fahrenheit
  • Softer Carbide
    • Transverse rupture strength at most half of our chain.
  • Straight Cut Carbide
    • Carbide is not cut to aid in effectively deflecting forces found in cuts.  Tooth breakage is more common with these designs.
  • Carbide and Raker Too Close
    • The carbide is too close to the raker, this does not give enough space for the tooth to take an effective bite out of the material being cut.
